We are a beautiful pictures public house based in Wareham in the Dorset region. We offer wholesome, hearty freshly cooked food prepared with the finest ingredients the South has to offer.
We are looking for a Head Chef that can deliver our vision and team ethic in your brigade that you will run. Working a 5 day out of 7 week, the kitchen closes at 8 o’clock mid-week with last orders on a Friday at 8:30pm and Saturday at 9:00pm. We close the kitchen on a Sunday at 6pm.
The Head Chef will have overall operation of our kitchen and input into our menus that change every half a year with the specials that change daily. This will be your chance to shine and show what you want as your trademark.
There is an on site converted barn house that we offer accommodation with your own double room, en-suite and own kitchen area. This is charged at £49 per week and includes bills and WiFi.
