Head Chef - Contract Catering - Basingstoke - Mon to Fri - £27,000 PA

Cook and present all the dishes to a high standard in line with the company guidelines
- Cooking quality fresh meals from fresh ingredients.
- Catering for around 200-250 people for Breakfast & Lunch
- Ability to manage, train and develop the team
- Compliance with the company food and health and safety policies and the completion of the company due diligence records
- Weekly stocktaking

Our ideal candidate will possess:
- Have at least 2 years' experience in a Head chef or Sous chef role
- Inspire the food offered and assist in developing chefs
- A "can do" attitude
- Basic IT skills
- Above all, you must demonstrate good knowledge of compliance and health and safety in line with the company expectations.
