Job Description

Our client, based in Sheffield, are looking to appoint a Qualified Teacher of Food Technology to cover a long term assignment starting in September 2019 – April 2020 with the view for it to be extended.
 
The successful applicant will be responsible for the full Teaching role including planning, preparation, delivering lessons, marking and any additional responsibilities as required by our client.  As a member of staff in the Hospitality and Catering department you will be delivering KS3 and 4 Food Technology, both theory and practical lessons, to mixed ability classes.

This position is a full time opportunity working in school Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will:

-           Have Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent and be registered with the TA
-           Have experience teaching Food Technology, both theory and practical, at KS3 and 4 in                              Secondary Schools
-           Be an outstanding classroom practitioner
-           Be available 5 days a week starting from September 2019
