We are now seeking to recruit permanent Administrator/ Fleet Compliance Coordinator for a busy fleet maintenance company based in Chippenham. The appropriate candidate would provide administrative support to the business in terms of vendor and client interaction when booking various compliance jobs such as guidance to colleagues, vendors and customers. In addition, you will be overseeing all non-financial activities within maintenance management of cars, light commercial and heavy commercial fleet

Main Responsibilities:
*Proactively monitor all compliance schedules for all vehicles types
*Outbound chase all compliance bookings liaising with vendors, drivers and customers
*Ensure all required jobs types are booked within specific date range
*Ensure all data is updates in a timely and accurate manner
*Highlight any incorrect data to specifies account contact
*Ensure any slippage is reported to fleet contact and account contact
*Confirm all booking dates to all parties
*Act as a point of contact for other departments for any change in bookings or information needed
*Assist in gathering any documents required as a proof of completion
*Ad hoc tasks as required by the business

Requirements:
*Knowledge of vehicle types of vehicle types including cars, light commercial and HGV and their compliance regulation would be advantages
*Computer literate, able to use internet, PC and emails , Microsoft and excel
*Able to instantly build and maintain rapport with a range of people
*Articulate with a high standard of all round communication
*Positive and confident approach style when dealing with
