Address supplier queries and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve coding issues. Process payment runs in a timely manner, following established procedures. Monitor operational cash balances to facilitate payment processing and manage liquidity. Cultivate relationships with banking partners to resolve payment-related inquiries. Prepare bank account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Conduct expense reconciliations and provide ad-hoc analysis as required. Manage employee expenses and reimbursement processes. Allocate costs to appropriate projects or cost centres. Assist with year-end audit preparations and clearance of audit queries. Support Finance Team members with ad-hoc projects and process improvementThe candidate Essential: Intermediate level at Excel.
