The role will be to assist the Project Manager with procurement of all Engineering Driven Parts, Creation of Lists relating to thier Products, ensuring all tasks are completed within set timescales and cost effectively.
Ensure that all Technical Information & Customer Specifications are accurately interpreted by direct liaison with the Project Manager, and that all information is accurately recorded throughout the Contract.
Liaise with Purchasing Department ensuring that all technical information is accurately interpreted and communicated by working closely with the Project Manager.
To create and Maintain Proper Spares Lists appertaining to all Stolle EMS products.
To be prepared to liaise directly with all suppliers and customers as appropriate to ensure contract procurement and spares lists/enquiries are handled accurately to customer satisfaction and within required timescales.
Prepare Delivery Checklists for All Contract Bought out Parts and liaise with Shipping Department/Sub Contractors & Poland Facility to ensure the process is completed within timescales set and accurately.
