Farnborough College of Technology has been in operation for over 100 years and offers a wide range of technical courses at Apprentice and Higher Education levels, with a large annual throughput of students.
The college constantly reviews and evolves its offerings and considering how Composites has become such a large part of manufacturing, they are now offering an engineering course with a composite specialism for those keen to evolve a career in this area.
As an potential candidate for the role, you will need to first and foremost have a strong background in Engineering (industry not relevant) and also be experienced in the use of composites in manufacture. With a strong knowledge base, you'll be confident spending time speaking in front of groups and have a genuine interest in educating the engineers of tomorrow. A formal teaching qualification is not required, as training will be provided
You'll constantly be staying abreast of industry development and also be well networked within the wider sector.

On offer is a salary of £32-40,000 per annum dependant on experience and a chance to assist in training the engineers of tomorrow.
