Are you a highly experienced Administrator with outstanding work ethic and great MS package skills? Perhaps you have some background in Facilities Management sector? This might be a great opportunity for you!

This role is a 9 months Fixed Term contract covering a maternity leave, offering a salary up to £23k and we are open to discuss flexible working arrangements. Ideally, we would like you to come onboard at the start of November.


Main responsibilities
  • Compile all records of compliance on the account
  • Completion of finance register of goods receipted (RGR) and master register
  • Raising of invoices
  • Generating of goods receipting
  • Core invoicing
  • PO recording
  • Validation of month end billing
  • Ensuring planned and statutory maintenance is tracked in month and none compliance reasons tracked and closed out
  • Control of change management of assets in the system
  • Daily governance meeting support
  • KPI compilation
  • Overview of the scheduling of hard services works across the portfolio
  • Change control process monitoring
  • Analysis of performance on the portfolio and feedback to ensure identified areas for improvement closed out
  • Ensuring site specific documents are aligned to changes on contract
  • Centrally tracking risk register and close out
  • Centralisation of audits and actions tracked to completion
Ideal candidate
  • Substantial experience in a similar role
  • Great knowledge of MS Office package, especially MS Excel
  • Good data analytics skills
  • Some background in Facilities Management will be highly beneficial
