Job Description

A local company who are going from strength to strength are looking for a Customer Support Administrator to join their small but busy Customer Support team in Redditch. If you are looking for a role working within a department where customer service is so important to them you will have your own allocated customers to look after where you can really build a rapport with them.

Customer Support Administrator key duties include:-
*Answering incoming phone calls and enquiries/queries, regarding orders, stock and product information.
* Processing sales orders on SAP Business One system; up to 30/40 a day so attention to detail is key
*Using Office 365 programs, Outlook, Excel etc.
*Producing reports to assist the external sales team.
*Assisting the external sales team in sending out samples, catalogues etc.
*General office duties
*Potentially making some outgoing calls to arrange appointments for the external sales team

The successful candidate will have extensive customer service skills working in a telephone based customer service team as well as previous sales order processing/ sales administration skills as there order processing is going to be a large proportion of your day to day duties. If you have worked on SAP or a similar order processing system that would be a distinct advantage.

In return you can expect to receive a basic salary of £17,550 per annum and there will be a pay review upon successful completion of your first year. There is free parking, 28 days holiday including Bank Holiday which will increase by up to 5 days depending on your length of service. Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9-5pm.
