Customer Services Manager key duties include:-
*Day to day management of customer services team, driving team KPI's through customer satisfaction.
*Offering support and development to the customer services advisors through coaching and leadership.
*Host and support on and off site customer meetings
*Chairing weekly production meetings in partnership with the operations team reviewing customer orderbooks and identifying potential issues to the business.
*Working as an Account Manager and be the operational point of contact for assigned customers.
*Overseeing and reviewing sales order processing ensuring the processes are compliant with business and regulatory requirements.
The successful Customer Services Manager will be able to demonstrate a proven track record working as a Customer Services Manager/ Head of Customer Services managing a team ideally within a fast paced manufacturing environment. Previous Engineering/ Manufacturing and Logistics experience would be a distinct advantage. You will be expected to have excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and be able to give examples of how you can work well under pressure.
