We are looking to recruit x2 Customer Service Coordinators for our client based in Upper Heyford near Bicester.
Duties will include -
- Answering customer / client queries and processing bookings
- Advising of estimated delivery dates / chase late deliveries
- Dealing with ad hoc queries, amendments and customer complaints
- To ensure proactive communication is maintained throughout the booking process
We are looking for -
Candidates with excellent communication skills and previous customer service experince are highly desirable
We are looking for people with a 'can do' attitude and the ability to meet deadlines.
This is a great opportunity for right person to get into an office based, customer focussed role.
It is a full time / permanent position and has a salary of 17,500k + other company benefits and free parking.
