Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced customer serviced adviser to join an expanding company with excellent benefits and progression prospects

Main activities / duties

*Communicate with advisers, both via phone and e-mail, regarding all aspects of their payments and any commission queries
*Liaise with other departments within the Network to ensure quality service is provided to AR's
*Update systems for new AR's, structure changes and terminations
*Produce Weekly commission statements for AR firms
*Contribute towards the development, maintenance and testing of any new systems and processes as appropriate

Required experience / skills / attributes

*Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
*Experience of building successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
*Ability to work methodically and accurately on multiple administrative tasks
*Be organised and efficient with a high standard of attention to detail
*Ability to work to tight deadlines, meet set targets and plan work to make best use of time
*Strong team player, with ability to work both collaboratively and under own initiative
*Ability to think outside the box
*Positive Attitude
*Ability to work with limited supervision and take appropriate decisions
*Self motivated, able to complete tasks and exercise judgement

Experience, qualifications and other requirements specific to the role:

*Relevant Financial Services/Finance qualification (e.g. FPC1; CeMAP 1 or equivalent) desirable
*GCSE Maths/English (grade C or above)
*Customer Services background essential
