Full time hours - The offices are open from 6am to 10pm Monday to Sunday and you will be given a 8 hour shift any 5 out of 7 days a week between these times. Hours will be scheduled a month ahead and fair across the team.
To deliver exceptional customer service while coordinating the complete Work Flow Process from customer request to invoicing. Using IT programs to assign engineers to jobs in the most efficient manner, while keeping customers informed of the progress.
Example of Duties:
o Answer all inbound calls to the Customer Service Centre
o Prioritising work flow to maximize time efficiency, to meet productivity & quality targets
o Exceptional customer and communication, update progress throughout the life of a job assigned
o Proactively maintain customer /contract planning job schedules. Scheduling events to ensure equipment is compliant with legal regulations
o To effectively communicate and update customers to ensure the optimum customer experience is delivered
o Process invoices as soon as work is completed - Following engineer job completion to update the customer, ensure the GOP covers the work completed. Proactively resolve any issues which delay in a timely manner.
o Raise or escalate any invoice or customer query.
Ideally seeking candidates with Customer Service, Call Centre or IT background.
Resource Planning experience would be an advantage
Ability to work complex IT processes.
Previous fleet or automotive customer contact an advantage.
Problem solving ability
Good Relationship building skills
