We are working with a brand new client based in the heart of Banbury and we are looking to recruit a Customer Service and Sales Advisor.

Purpose of the role -

The Customer Service and Sales Advisor is responsible for providing thorough and effective customer service, sales and office administration.

Tasks and Responsibilities -
  • Deliver general office administration ensuring all tasks are completed in time and a high level of accuracy
  • Ensure all customer details are recorded accurately on the database and that records are kept up to date
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Ensure any phone, email and website queries are dealt with efficiently
  • Process bookings on internal systems

Skills and experince required -
  • Previous office based customer service experience
  • Solid office admin skills including word and excel
  • The ability to deal with customers well via the phone, email and website queries

The ideal candidate will have a 'can do' attitude and the ability to multi task. You will be able to communicate at all levels and prioritise relationship building.

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday 37.5 hours a week. The salary for this role will be 18 - 20K DOE.
