Customer Service Advisor

Pertemps Didcot are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to work in Didcot.

The successful Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for:
  • Handle internal and external B2B and Interior Design customer enquiries and complaints
  • To take full ownership of a customer's enquiry and be positive and proactive in finding a solution
  • To meet and exceed individual and team targets
  • To maintain our service level agreement
  • To feedback customer comments and issues and find creative solutions and suggestions to recurring problems

The Customer Service Advisor will have:
  • Experience working in a call centre/ customer service environment
  • Excellent communicator, especially telephone manner
  • Ability to provide a friendly, courteous, professional and positive service at all times
  • Experience in a customer facing role
