The shifts available are 09:00-17:30. The pay per hour is £9.30 and there is a generous overtime package for working over 40 hours per week.
As a Admin your duties can include:
Liaising with our subcontractor in Scotland and making sure that all failed deliveries are processed in our system and contracts are advised accordingly.
Booking deliveries and the collections with customers
Ensure any failed deliveries/collections are rebooked and entered onto the system
Communicate efficiently to the customer and delivery locations.
Investigation and processing of customer queries
Data inputting on TITAN/JUPITER/ OPUS/PKMS/VISION/
Liaising with other departments within the organisation
Ensuring all functions within Admin is completed efficiently
To support colleagues to ensure all administration functions are adhered too as per the customer requirements.
To be trained in all administration areas within the Control Tower Department.
The ideal candidate will hold the following skills and attributes:
Good, strong communication skills
Good telephone manner
Ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent administrative experience.
Excellent attention to detail.
Good IT skills -MS office and excel.
Good level of education.
Good organisation and interpersonal skills are paramount.
Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
Confident, calm and professional in testing situation.
Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
