Customer Service Administrator
£8.50 Per hour
Leeds, LS1
2 months temporary contract

Are you available immediately?

An exciting opportunity has come up for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join an expanding transport company based in Leeds.


Main Duties:
• Monitoring and responding to the customer enquiries via the company's website
• First point of contact for customers via the phone and email
• To deal with any complaints from customers about the bus drivers
• Updating customers on bus arrival times and delays
• General administration duties when required


Key Skills:
• Confident phone manner
• Accurate keyboard skills
• Ability to work to deadline and with limited supervision
• Strong attention to detail
• Can do attitude


Hours – Although most hours will be Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, they ask for flexibility as the centre opens between 7am – 7pm.
