My client are an industry leading import and sales business based in Kidderminster. They are seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy commercial team.
The role of Customer Service Administrator includes:
- Responding to Customer queries and Complaints
- Processing Sales orders
- Delivering excellent Customer Service
- Supporting Sales Division
The purpose of the role is to support commercial operations, co-ordinating office activities to ensure the highest levels of customer service are provided and maintaining efficiency of service.
We are looking for someone with IT skills, a good telephone manner and customer service experience. An organised, pro-active and conscientious individual that has a strong work ethic and is eager to join an established team.
