Acorn Recruitment is seeking candidates for our client based in Thornbury, who supply personalised gifts. The vacancy is for a Customer Service Administrator. Salary for this position is £18,000 - £20,000 pa based on experience. Working hours are 9.00 - 5.30 Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will become a member of a small, friendly and tight knit team. You will be dealing with customers from the initial phone call, through to the quote, corresponding with the production department, invoicing, chasing payments and dealing with any returns.
