Call Centre Customer Care Adviser
6 weekly rota
Shifts between 8:30am-7pm Mon- Fri 8:45-am-5pm Weekends
£17010.00

Our client is a reputable brand and leading retailer who are searching for individuals who hold customer care in the highest regard as they do!

The purpose of the customer adviser is to listen to the customers, provide A class customer support and resolve any queries in a professional and efficient manner. You will be the 1st point of call, but will also work closely with colleagues on and off site in order to answer queries, reassure and guide customers in the right direction.

Responsibilities:
• Listen! This is the 1st step in providing the highest standard of customer service. If you do not know what the customer needs, you will not know support them.
• Manage queries, solve problems and provide solutions. Having a "what more can I do for my customer" approach to every call.
• Get to know the customers, their likes, dislikes, how is their day going? Being personable goes a long way and encourages the customers to stay loyal to the brand.
• Report trends. We can learn a lot from our customers, therefore accurately reporting themes to team leaders, allows the business to acknowledge any issues, adapt and improve.

Ideal candidate:
Have a can do attitude, a friendly personality and the desire to provide great outcomes for our customers, by going that extra mile.
Experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call centre environment.
IT literate as you will be using computers and IT systems to take calls and log information.
Great communication skills and the ability to deal with complaints
