- Reporting directly to the Group Financial Director, you'll lead our Credit Control team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure success.
What You'll Do:
As Credit Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the finance operations, with responsibilities including:
- Leading the Credit Control team and providing training and support.
- Overseeing customer credit ratings and credit insurance.
- Producing weekly aged debtor reports and reporting on KPIs.
- Liaising with invoice finance companies and ensuring timely paperwork submission.
- Collaborating with account managers to address escalated issues.
- Developing a succession plan to groom future talent within the team.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience in credit management, including team management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- A track record of success in similar roles.
- Ideally a recognised credit management qualification (MICM).
