Office Assistant/Receptionist 

Urgent receptionist/Office admin need to start ASAP 

Salary: £12 per hour
Location: London (Oxford Circrus)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing 

Purpose of the role:
This role will be working foa  middle eastern oil compnay that has diversified its portfolio 


The successful candidate will provide first-rate Reception Support Services, using initiative, excellent communication skills and prompt action in order to ensure efficiency and effectiveness within the client office bu also providing stong administrative skills in supporting  the team 

Role Summary 

Be well presented and maintain a professional image at all times when interacting with visitors and building occupiers on behalf of the company 
  • Comply with visitor management processes, ensuring compliance with company security policies • Meeting and greeting clients as they arrive at the Reception
  • Advise hosts of their guest’s arrivals and inform them of the correct room number 
  • Escort all external visitors to their meeting rooms and take clients coats / luggage
  • Give directions to account's internal visitors following the set procedure
  • Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are well maintained at all times 
  • Carry out regular checks of all meetings rooms to establish meeting status
  • Ensure that meeting rooms are used to their maximum potential 
  • Liaise with the Media Services / Catering departments / other Reception desks 
  • Deal with the on-the-day meeting room enquiries and input bookings into the account's computerised booking system 
  • Manage meeting room space effectively following set procedure 
  • Communicate meeting details with hosts / bookers via telephone / email
  • Attend training and other meetings as required 
  • Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures are always adhered to and that any changes are promptly incorporated into service delivery and working processes 
This is an urgent role, candidates must be able to start tomorrow
