Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a contracts administrator to join a well established business in Smethwick. The purpose of the role is to support the new business / contracts manager and also work alongside procurement and internal sales. Experience is preferred, however full training will be provided.

DAILY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working on new and existing business tenders
Supporting on other projects within the business
Reporting directly to the new business/contracts manager
Working alongside other departments such as Procurement and Internal Sales
Full training and induction will be given.


WORKING HOURS & SALARY:
9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Minimum wage

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Good reading and writing skills.
Minimum GCSE grade A-C in English.
Well-spoken and confident calling and speaking to potential customers
Analytical skills with an eye for detail
Self-motivated and organised
Good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office and competency in Excel
