We’re looking for an experienced Conference and Banqueting Manager to lead an award-winning 2 AA Rosette team on behalf of our client based in the heart of the lake district.

We're looking for a hands-on, visionary individual who will lead all conferences, weddings, public and private events for the hotel. Your role will be to motivate and engage team members, drive success within the business and deliver an exceptional level of customer service. As Conference and Banqueting Manager you must have an impeccable eye for detail and consistently go out of your way to ensure the best possible standards are being delivered across all areas.

The successful applicant will be responsible for fine-tuning all aspects of the events and catering experience and put the customer at the heart of all operations.

About You

We are looking for passionate individuals with a proven track record working in a similar Conference and Banqueting environment. It is essential that you have had extensive experience in a 4 star luxury hotel whilst having the ability to build and motivate a team.
