A renowned client of mine who represent one the foremost global property giants are seeking a Community Manager based on-site in Stratford and working within a welcoming team of 8 highly focused and dedicated individuals
As a client they are one the world’s most advanced, widely adopted, highest performing and only true end-to-end tenant engagement platform for real estate.
They combine technology, staffing and engagement services we exist to help landlords breathe life into buildings and create places tenants never want to leave.
As Community Manager, you will be report into the General Manager as well as the estates manager on the client side where your main responsibility will be for responsible for activating and engaging the community at your assigned building or cluster and ensuring that the overall end user experience is outstanding. Your overall goal is to support the asset management strategic objectives of tenant attraction, tenant retention and increased capital value.
Key things to note:
- A very autonomous role with scope to really make it their own
- Role split roughly 20% content writing, 30% event planning and management, 30% relationship management (clients, suppliers, event providers), 20% general role administration (emails etc)
This could also be managing business social media accounts, online blogs, website content writing and/or newsletter creation and distribution.
