Job Description

National organisation providing mutual insurance is seeking an experienced Committee Coordinator to support their Company Secretarial team at their Central London offices.This is a temporary role starting ASAP for an initial 12 week period and will pay between £21.89 per hour.The main duties of the Committee Coordinator will include:
  • Provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial Team, specifically in relation to Board and Committee meeting organisation, administration and on the day support.
  • Preparing agendas, organising paper calls, collating papers, producing and issuing board and committee meeting packs via Diligent Board software
  • Supporting Assistant Company Secretary with all administrative duties.
  • Providing on the day meeting support, rooms, catering, VC/Dial-In technical support.
The ideal Committee Coordinator will have the following knowledge, skills and experience:
  • Previous experience within a similar role providing administration support to a Company Secretarial team.
  • Minute taking experience.
  • Excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Proactive management of good relationships with the department's stakeholders
  • Proven attention to detail and extremely well organised
  • Excellent IT skills to include MS Office packages.
