Job Description

Role Overview:

Our client is a top branded coffee shop located in the Wrexham. This company is nationally popular and prides itself on their very high standard of service and product. They are currently recruiting for a Manager with at least 1 year experience in a similar role within the Hospitality and Catering industry. The successful candidate will work 5 out of 7 days per week – straight shifts.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Hands on management of the coffee shop and the team
  • To work closely to tight budgets
  • To develop and train the team to meet the required standard
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times and to deal with customer queries and complaints
  • Strong focus on sales to develop the business
  • To ensure the customers get the right service at all times
 

What You Need To Be a Successful:

  • Come from a branded background, understand brand standards


  • Enthusiastic, energetic and a positive attitude


  • Passion for delivering outstanding customer service 


  • The ability to manage accounts, costs and stock


  • Strong leadership skills
