A fantastic opportunity to join an international award winning FM Service Provider on one of their most prestigious healthcare contracts in South London. My client can offer ample opportunity to progress.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will assist in the day to day management of the Healthcare Cleaning department and also be responsible for clear communication between the catering department and it's patients. You will hold regular meetings with the hospital community to deal with any catering queries. Your main responsibility is to ensure the services meet all contractual obligations and business objectives.
You will maintain the standards of cleaning within a designated area of the hospital by coordinating the activities of up to fifteen operatives.
You will also be responsible for recruitment, training and performance and absence management of operatives as well participating in audits by the client of cleaning standards and implementing corrective action plans
I am looking for an experienced Cleaning & Catering supervisor who has been responsible for a number of operatives previously. You must have excellent communication skills and be calm and adaptable to different situations. Previous experience working within a healthcare department is not essential and no catering qualifications are required. A strong management background is preferred and in return you will receive the opportunity to progress your career internally & also externally within the wider group.
