Role Overview:

 

A lovely hotel situated in the beautiful village of New Forest area are looking to recruit an experienced Chef de Partie/Sous Chef for their team. The restaurants superb choice of fresh, locally sourced dishes served daily. This company also offers excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. As a CDP/Sous Chef you will work 5/7 Days - 48hrs per week - Straight Shift.

Accommodation is provided.


CDP/Sous Chef Responsibilities (Ringwood):
  • Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard
  • Ensure food safety/health & hygiene
  • Supervising all kitchen staff
  • Ensure all areas are clean and tidy after service
  • Covering for the Head Chef when he is off
CDP/Sous Chef Requirements (Ringwood):
  • Previous experience as Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef
  • Passionate about the hospitality industry
  • A willingness to learn and progress
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
