The venue is a very popular spot all year round, with many different activities on site, hotel rooms and cafe. This position is working in their daytime dining restaurant preparing and cooking pub style menu items for a high number of clients.
The position requires the chef to be able to work well independently, be strong under pressure and be computer literate to complete daily duties such as ordering and food safety paperwork.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a busy kitchen, will be able to showcase strong skills working independently and will be able to use their own initiative to get the job done.
The job is working five days per week, including weekend and weekday shifts, 9-5pm. The property can be reached by public transport and parking is available for those who drive.
