You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting a range of local and international blend dishes with a twist. Working across two busy fusion kitchens within an visionary new experience-based hotel in the heart of the lakes. You will be coordinating with the Head Chef, and supervising and training Junior and Commis Chefs.
Ideally you should have a proven track record of providing quality dishes within a prestigious hotel or restaurant, with a good knowledge of ingredients and a creative approach to food preparation however our client would be willing to provide training for the right candidate.
You should have experience organising, delegating and be able to work on your own initiative with good leadership and communication skills, encouraging and supporting others within the team.

You will be working straight shifts with a standard 45 hour working week with food provided on duty.
