The hotel is a popualr venue for private parties and evening functions. They also cater for breakfast, lunch and evening restaurant services. Using both fresh and pre-prepared ingredients.
The chef de partie position will be helping to prepare ingredients for the daily restaurant and weekly function events, maintaining high levels of kitchen hygiene and food sfaty at all times. You will also be responsible for training junior staff, helping with orders and minimising wasteage.
The job is working 5 days per week, straight shifts and to a 45 hours per week contract. Shifts will vary depending on business needs. It is essential to have access to your own transport for this position.
