Centre manager -Eastleigh

A leisure company is looking for a Centre manager to join the team in brand new role as Centre Manager at a Leisure centre in Eastleigh. The company has a passion for great customer service and, as well as development. The successful candidate will work 5 out of 7 days on 40 hours per week including weekends in evenings - in return they are offering a great salary and benefits.

Shift pattern: either 1pm start 10pm finish or 9am -6pm, two days off a week

Main Duties and Responsibilities as a Centre manager (Eastleigh ) :

  • to maximise the impact of the new facility and associated community space
  • Providing outstanding customer service at all times
  • to generate and maintain new users
  • the successful candidate must have experience in planning, administering and supervising a catering operation
  • to demonstrate team working skills and have a commitment and willingness to work at weekends and evenings

What You Need To Be a Successful Centre manager (Eastleigh ) :

  • Experience of manipulating data collection systems
  • People management
  • Experience in catering management role
  • An understanding of food and efficient service
  • Dedicated to and passionate about the hospitality industry
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
