Job Title: Business Operations & Systems Support

Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised person who is a quick learner to join our Business Operations and Systems department. Analytical skills and the ability to problem solve are essential along with a flexible approach to work. You need to possess excellent communication skills, which include documenting processes and training others.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for continual improvement across the business and you will also work in other departments providing support and developing systems.

Job Summary:
  • To look at continual improvement and review systems within the UK Companies, finding ways of improving efficiencies - both IT and non IT related.
  • To gain an all-round understanding of the business through a training programme encompassing all other departments/sites.
  • To create and maintain master data / materials set up on SAP.
  • To provide support for the Management Information Analyst, gathering management information using SAP, Excel & Access software, analysing data and producing reports for all areas of the business.
  • " To assist with IT/ Systems problem solving.
  • " To be involved in special projects - as and when the business needs support.

Job Requirements:
  • Numerical with a good attention to detail.
  • Quick learner.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills - Clear, concise & good listener.
  • Organised and logical approach to work.
  • Applies a flexible approach to work duties and is a lateral thinker.
  • Analytical skills, ability to analyse data and problem solve.
  • Ability to act on own initiative and work in different teams.
  • Will follow tasks through to the end and handover to business area/ end users.
  • Ability to create clear and concise documentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload, meeting deadlines.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential and understanding of
  • Databases is desirable.
This is a full time, permanent role based just outside of Banbury.
The salary for this role will be depending on experience.
