Salary: £22,000 + Commission
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
I am looking for a Business Development Executive to join a windows manufacturer in Stonehouse.
We are looking for a candidate who can utilise their strong sales skills to convert warm leads.
There is no cold calling in this position.
The role will mainly focus on engaging customers with the aim of securing sales appointments whilst also nurturing existing customers and providing support for the external sales team.
The successful candidate will be able to work well with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities of the Business Development Executive:
" Produce leads and book appointments for the sales team with high quality leads
" Generate leads via email marketing campaigns
" Follow up new leads generated from the marketing campaigns
" Prospect new plans with a planned and targeted approach
" Record all information on the CRM system
" Follow up opportunities with new clients
" Promote the company's products, services and marketing strategy
" Educate and advise customers where necessary on all products
" Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements to become the Business Development Executive:
" Be able to research business leads and convert a sale
" Be commercially minded and have an excellent business acumen
" Be able to plan and priorities time effectively
" Have strong sales focused or Business to Business background
" Have an excellent telephone manner
