I am currently recruiting for a Business Administrator to work for a nursing home based in Coventry, the right candidate should have excellent communication skills and excellent organisation skills. The role includes dealing with resident admissions and discharges, recruitment of staff and dealing front of house with visitors and enquiries.

Duties:
• Being front of house
• Acting as first point of contact for staff and visitors
• Ordering supplies and ensuring all supplies are kept on top of
• Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries

We are looking for someone who has experience of office work and has completed training in business administration. A working knowledge of Microsoft office is essential, knowledge of SAGE would also be desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

£21,000.00 /year

Experience:

Administrative assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
Business Admin Qualification level 1 or 2 (Essential)
