An exciting opportunity has arisen to join an established consultancy with a national presence based in Bristol.

This company, established over 50-years' ago employ 50 staff across three offices. They have an existing Bristol office which is shortly relocating to larger premises in the city centre to support their growth and presence in the South West. The successful candidate will be the first permanent Building Surveyor in Bristol and part of a national department of seven.

Some key points include:

  • Regional and national client base (lots of work to service from day one)
  • Working closely with a recently recruited Head of Building Surveying
  • Flat management structure
  • Lots of company investment in building surveying services with further expansion plans
  • Ideally MRICS, but not essential
  • Rare and exciting opportunity in the local market

The ideal candidate will already be an established building surveyor with a successful track record of developing new and existing client relationships. You will already be working for a competing firm in the area with a good network of local contacts in the South West to develop future fee income. Candidates relocating will also be considered.
