You will be for the cooking and presentation of a range of local and breakfast foods. Working in a busy, top of the range kitchen within an visionary new experience-based hotel you will be responsible for providing only the highest quality of hot and cold buffet items.
Ideally you should have experience preparing and cooking quality dishes, with a creative approach to food preparation. As a minimum you should have an NVQ Level 1&2 or equivalent and a Food Hygiene certificate.
You should be flexible in your approach to your work and work patterns, with a desire to learn and grow professionally within the business.

You will be working straight shifts with a standard 45 hour working week with food provided on duty.
