Apprenticeship Assessor/Coach

We are currently supporting a highly reputable Training Providers that have won a new contract to deliver L3 Business Admin and Customer Services.
This organisation is experiencing significant growth so an excellent opportunity for development and progression.
This company offer a starting salary of up to £24000, Pension Scheme, 32 days holidays, business mileage at 45 pence per mile and a wide range of other benefits.
This is a field-based position, which will require travel to visit the learners in their workplace. The role may include some national travel.
Typical duties of the Apprenticeship Assessor/Coach will include:
" Train, coach and deliver New Apprenticeship Standards in Business Administration and Customer Serviced up to level 3 through a combination of online delivery, face to face delivery and observations.
" Support learners with Functional Skills in Maths and English to level 2
" Supporting learners in the workplace and guiding the learners to the End Point Assessment
" Providing information and guidance to the learner and employer about the Management Apprenticeship Programme.
" Working to specific quality and completion of targets
" Helping with enrolment of learners
" Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required for the Apprenticeship Assessor
" Assessor qualified, A1, TAQA, CAVA, or D32, D33
" Recognised teaching qualification e.g. PTLLS or equivalent
" Ideally hold a Business Administration or Customer Service level 3 qualification
" Vocational competence within Business Admin and Customer Service
" Experience of coaching and assessing new standards in Business Administration and Customer Services and End Point Assessment
" Experience with supporting the delivery and testing of functional skills in Maths &
