Sodexo are looking for a trainee food prep technician to join their team and complete a Commis Chef apprenticeship as well as gain skills, knowledge and learn cooking techniques. An apprenticeship is a funded programme where an individual gains new skills, knowledge and behaviours in a chosen sector. An apprenticeship will enable you to work and earn a wage whilst developing and gaining new skills as an employee. This specially designed apprenticeship focuses on developing your future, by giving you a chance to step up to the plate in their kitchen. They will show you the ropes, raise your confidence and push you to reach professional standards – all under the guidance of their accomplished chefs. It’s a full-time, salaried job that counts towards a nationally recognised level 2 qualification.
