Based in our Newport MSC as an Apprentice Engineer with Speedy, you will be a key part of the depot operations. You will be a key player in keeping the workshop productive meaning equipment is always available for our customers to ensure their experience with us is always positive and we continue to be the best hire company in the industry.

As an Apprentice Engineer at Speedy you will take part in our four year Engineer Training Programme. Throughout this programme you will spend time being trained by our knowledgeable and experienced colleagues along with working with our specialist external provider.
Year 1/2: Level 2 Diploma and Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Construction Plant or Machinery Maintenance blended and on the job learning.
Year 3: Level 3 Diploma and Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Construction Plant or Machinery Maintenance blended and on the job learning.
Year 4: Based in Newport full time perfecting and practicing your skills ready to be signed off as a fully qualified Engineer.

Please note that you will be required to complete Essential Skills in Maths, English and IT with our apprenticeship provider as required by the Welsh Government.
