Due to a large contract win, Pertemps Dundee are searching for an enthusiastic Administrator to join a public sector office based in Dundee. This is an fantastic opportunity for the ideal candidate to gain experience within the public sector.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for office enquiries; answering telephone calls from customers and colleagues, scheduling appointments, updating spreadsheets and data entry.Must have good IT skills and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
The successful candidate will also have had significant experience working in an office environment.
This is a full time temporary contract, working 37 hours Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
Due to the nature of this role, successful applications will be asked to provide a Basic Disclosure Scotland certificate dated within the last 12 months.
