Administrator
Leeds
£8.40 per hour
6 months temporary assignment

Are you looking for the next step in your career?

An exciting opportunity has come up for an ambitious and dedicated individual who has previous administration experience to work on behalf of a large utility company based in Leeds.

Main Skills
• Maintaining an internal system with start / end dates for the notices (work being completed)
• Updating with the progress of work currently being carried out
• Entering data onto MS Excel
• Liaising with third parties
• Responding to emails
• Handling queries – chasing up for information etc
• Working as part of a team

Key Skills
• Excellent communication both written and verbally
• Previous administration experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Confident in using Microsoft packages such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm
