Job Description

I am currently looking for several Administrators to work for a financial company in South Bristol
You will receive a salary of £19,500 this is a one year fixed term contract to start as soon as you can.
If you have just graduated and are looking for your first role this is the role for you.
You will be the frontline brand ambassadors and is responsible for servicing requests received through a variety of service channels from either corporate clients or their individual account holders.

You will receive a salary £19,500 this is a one year fixed term contract, there is the opportunity to progress within the company once the one year contract had finished.

You must be educated to A Level or equivalent and have Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm Excellent attention to detail, strong literacy and numerical skills

Main Duties

1. Respond to a wide variety of customer enquiries providing exceptional levels of customer service, ensuring a high level of accuracy and adhering to SLA's

2. Maintain customer accounts following set processes and guidelines

3. Process customer transactions adhering regulatory requirements and ensuring a high degree of accuracy

4. Working within data protection guidelines to ensure customer data is protected from errors and unauthorised access.

5. Delivery a wide variety of administrative tasks to provide an effective service to a range of internal and external customers

6. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement

7. Carry out User Acceptance Testing for system changes


Skills


Prior customer service experience is advantageous but the following profile and skill elements are required:

o Professional and courteous approach to customer service

o Excellent verbal and written communication skills

o Reliable with excellent time management skills and the ability to deal with conflicting priorities

o Able to display initiative and ownership, whilst understanding limits of own authority

o Ability to work within a team
