I am currently looking for several Customer Service Administrators to work for a well-established and friendly team in South Bristol.

The role is full-time (37.5 working hours per week), Monday to Friday. Normal business hours are 08:00 and 18:00, and you will be scheduled to work daily 7.5 hour shifts between these times.
Start date is Tuesday 22nd January 2019. Training and academy runs from 22nd January 2019 to 4th March inclusive. As it is a requirement that you pass the training and academy stage, no leave can be granted between 22nd January and 15th February, and only granted in exceptional circumstances between 18th February and 4th March.

Iam looking for dynamic, self-motivated individuals who are keen to provide outstanding customer service, have good attention to detail and want to ensure that the company maintains its excellent reputation.
We are looking for candidates with the following experience and attributes:
o Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
o Strong written communication skills
o Ability to work as part of a team - positive outlook and high energy!
o PC Literate including MS Office applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
o Enthusiasm to develop new knowledge and skills
o An eye for detail and a commitment to quality
What's involved in the role?
You will manage all inbound customer enquiries, with a focus on quality. Reporting to a Team Leader, you will utilise a range of in-house IT systems to provide a class-leading service to our customers and ensure we maintain a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

You'll join our Correspondence Team, dealing with a diversity of written enquiries received through post, email, website or social media channels. Initially you will specialise in one subject area, but over time you will develop your product knowledge through our structured training programme, building a suite of skills across a wide range of services.

Providing services on behalf of several hundred clients, you will always have plenty of interesting and rewarding challenges to keep you on your toes.
