Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator for a well-established, growing company based in West Bromwich. This exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation that specialise in manufacturing across the country
The company are looking for a driven, ambitious individual to join their team on a temporary to ongoing basis, with a view for the right person to be offered a permanent contract

The purpose of the role is to support the sales and customer service team with all aspects of the daily duties to enable smooth running and efficiently of the business

Duties include:
• Dealing with incoming customer calls and dealing with their request effectually and accordingly
• loading orders onto the internal system using Codes and product naming
• Matching various invoices and making sure everything is correct and accurate
• Inputting Data from delivery and shipping notes
• Support customers with any enquires and dealing with them accordingly
• Working with the team and supporting to completing tasks
• Completing general administration duties such as filling, scanning and sending email correspondences
• Maintaining relationships with key clients and following up when any requested instructions

The hours of work: Monday – Thursday, 9am – 4:30pm & Friday, 9am – 2pm

Salary, £8:50per hour
