This is a 6 month temporary role with the potential to go permanent starting ASAP. Working Hours are 09:00am – 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
- Working within a brand new team
- Providing support to Commercial Banking customers through the online channel
- Full end to end processing from opening and closing accounts, change names, addresses.
- Dealing with Inbound calls
- 5% outbound calls
- Making sure you are aware of LBG Products
- Ensure that all work is completed in accordance with established processes, practices and guidelines
- Value the teams’ skills and learn from everyone’s mistakes
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the business by identifying and taking ownership of opportunities for improvement to the processes you use
- Working in a team environment in an open plan office
