Sheridan Maine is working in partnership with a rapidly expanding and successful organisation based in Lymington who is seeking an Accounts Assistant with a focus on Sales Ledger to join their finance team.

As an Accounts Assistant you will report into the Finance Manager and your key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with day to day invoicing and credit control
• Generating Invoices
• Monitoring Credit Limits
• Allocating receipts
• Producing customer Statements
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Dealing with customer queries
• Reconciling project balances between Sage and the Purchase / Sales order system

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a good eye for detail with experience in a similar accounts role. Good IT skills are essential and knowledge of Sage would be advantage.

Free Parking onsite and a 5pm finish.
