Account Manager
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an Account Manager based in Andover (SP11).

  • Permanent
  • Monday to Friday, 08.30am - 17.00pm

The Job
The successful Account Manager will be responsible for:
  • Identifying and contacting opportunities to secure new business
  • Contacting and managing existing customer accounts
  • Learning and retaining a substantial range of product details
  • Recognising and maximising opportunities to upsell
  • Promoting and following up on deals and promotions
  • Researching and understanding competitors and the current market
  • Processing sales and purchase orders and consignment notes using ACT CRM System and Sage

Requirements:
The Account Manager will have:
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Capacity to learn and retain a vast range of product knowledge
  • Proficient written and verbal communication
  • Competent with Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to identify potential sales by understanding the client's needs
  • Persuasive, personable and resilient manner
