The Workflow Developer role is based within our Digital Solutions business area.

The role
The difference our new Workflow Developer will make
As a Workflow Developer, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. As a Workflow Developer, you'll be part of the Applications Solution team where your focus will be on supporting and developing applications to be used by Babcock and MoD. The team develops and maintains custom web applications based on Staffware, Appian, C#, and Oracle APEX. The Workflow Developer will be challenged by customer design and developing bespoke applications.
Day to day, you'll support the current staffware solutions, in addition to training you in Appian BPM and supporting the migration to that platform.

Essential experience
Proven experince working with Staffware
Ideally a Degree or HNC level within a Computer Science, or related subject.
Good logical and analytical reasoning ability, and a team player.
Fluent English communication and social skills to interact with a global customer base.
The successful candidate will need to satisfy Ministry of Defence security requirements. This may require you to hold or be eligible/capable of achieving 'Security Check' (SC) clearance.
